The Challenge

One of Amazon’s hardest categories.
No reviews. No history.
No room to bleed.

Skincare is one of the most punishing categories on Amazon: expensive keywords, established competitors with reviews you can't buy past, and shoppers who won't convert on a half-built listing. Roe had no review base, no advertising history, and a margin too honest to survive the usual agency move — pour money into ad spend, post a big top-line number, and bleed the brand dry on the way up. The constraint wasn't traffic. It was building traffic and conversion at once without letting waste eat the margin that made the whole thing worth doing.
